I was very pleased of how the apartment complex looks. Ever since the new maintenance crew have came in to work for the apartment the property is looking very nice. They are very helpful and kind.

I've lived here for almost a yr now. I love the community as much or more than after moving in. The manager Angel, continuously ensures the complex clean and safe. The staff is awsome.

I've been living at Cascadia Apartments for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience. The property is always well-maintained, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and full of natural light. The amenities—especially the pool and fitness center—are top-notch. What really sets Cascadia apart is the staff. They’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with a great location and even better management, I highly recommend Cascadia Apartments!

The staff is very inviting, friendly. Elvia is who helped us view an apartment. Very knowledgeable with amenities and availability and square footage of each unit we were interested in. We ended up choosing a different location to be closer to downtown for work. But great apartments and the area is quiet at night which is a plus.

I recently visited the Cascadia Apts since I'm relocating from the state of Florida and I was very impressed with the managerial skills of the Property Manager (Angel Garcia). He provided me with outstanding information about the property to include the benefits of being in the school district for my children, the closeness to the VA hospital and businesses. Additionally, he gave me more information of San Antonio which I needed. Please pass on to him this review. PROMOTE.

Recently attended a Valentine’s Day event and it was a very enjoyable experience. Unique for an apartment complex to host a better than decent event that isn’t lacking in any sense. They had a catering desert truck outside. Each person who RSVPd got a large paint by numbers that had good paints and actual usable brushes. Decorations and music were on point. Snacks and finger foods were on delicious. Property Manager Angel was going around pouring everyone beverages of their choice. It looked like a full wine bar with all of the choices lol. Elvia and Averiana are always a pleasure you could tell by residents’ interaction with them that this from to office staff cares about their complex and the people who live here!

Just wanted to write a review because I’m so happy, Jay de la Rosa did an amazing job fixing my sink, he was on time and a great communication throughout the process, so happy I got my water running again.

Jay the maintenance man is fantastic. Always friendly and kept me updated with what was going on. Really appreciate him!
