Very nice and professional staff
I love living here at Cascadia, nice quite area. Any time that I call with an issue Mishalei always takes care of any issues that I have. She has stepped up and taken the reins and making the community a better place to live!!!

Jesse and Jay with Maintenance
I had put in a work order for my sink to be looked at for leaking, and Jesse and Jay came and did a wonderful job. They were very polite and were able to get the job finished.! Best maintenance crew.

Not bad
This complex is very pretty. Staff is decent. However, parking is terrible. And many stairs and no evlevator. But, I do enjoy the apartment walk in closets and other amenities. Wish they would consider elevators and creating more parking spaces.

Adrian and Raul exceeded my expectations when they quickly replaced an unserviceable stove. During the process, they were courteous, responsive and caring.
